This year's Show will offer multiple activities for children of all ages, all 4 days of the Show. Be sure to check the daily schedule at the Show entrance for additional demonstrations and activities.

Do you want to create your own bluebird house? Listen to stories? Meet live animals? Enjoy beautiful butterflies? Don't miss this year's Nashville Lawn and Garden Show, with interactive activities for children of all ages!

Thursday, March 1

1pm – 3pm: Powerful Pollinators with Adventure Science Center -  A matching game to pair different pollinators to the flowers that they would most likely pollinate.

 

Friday, March 2

11am:  Drumming and Dancing with Charles White

12pm:  Tea Party with Southern Charm Tea Room

1pm – 3pm: Ice Cream Cone Planters with Adventure Science Center - A chance to make your own biodegradable planter. and Seed Sleuths - Explore the very beginnings of beautiful gardens by examining seeds with a magnifying glass.

3pm:  Tea Party with Southern Charm Tea Room

4pm:  Sweet Plantings of Succulents

 

Saturday, March 3

10am – 12pm:  The Snake in the Grass with Adventure Science Center - In the Tennessee spring and summer, these animals are often found slithering away in our yards. Come learn all about these helpful garden citizens as you touch snakeskin, see a real skeleton, figure out how to identify our state's most common species, and meet Adventure Science Center's own Eastern Chain Kingsnake!

12pm:  Tea Party with Southern Charm Tea Room

1pm:  Rosie's Garden:  Create a mini garden

2pm:  Plant an herb

3pm: Tea Party with Southern Charm Tea Room

4pm:  Sunflowers activity and story

 

Sunday, March 4

10 am – 12pm:  Preparing for a Wetter Nashville with Adventure Science Center - Using a DIY kit to teach about the importance of green spaces in urban environments.

1pm:  Daisy Bouquet with Rebel Hill Florist

 

Other activities: Meet our live chickens, love bombing, stories, herbs, worms and more.
