The Nashville Lawn and Garden Show is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Our mission is to support and promote horticulture, agriculture, floral design, gardening, culinary arts, and education in our community and throughout the Tennessee Valley region.
With your generous support, proceeds from our last three Shows have been used to award over $80,000 in grants to over 40 worthy community organizations. Recent beneficiaries include Cheekwood (new Children's Garden), The Nashville Food Project, Volunteer Gardener, SonFarms/Family Foundation, the Herb Society of Nashville (creating their new educational Medicinal Garden, Indigenous People's Garden, Relics, and Pollinator Gardens at Cheekwood to open May of 2022), Milkweed and Honey Farm (with a live butterfly house during the Show), endowment of the Joe Smith Floral Gallery national design scholarship for talented Tennessee floral designers, historic gardens at Belle Meade, Carnton Plantation, the Hermitage (Rachel's Garden is currently fundraising for a $50,000 restoration), the various Master Gardeners in our surrounding counties, all the plant societies, Safe Harbor Sanctuary, Walden's Puddle, and more.
